Introducing the next generation to the world of Product Design.
I led an introductory design workshop for teenagers, teaching core visual design principles including contrast, alignment, proximity, negative space, unity, consistency, and balance. Through a hands-on Kahoot quiz and practical examples, the session made design concepts accessible and engaging.
The workshop had a strong impact: students became deeply curious about how the apps and digital products they use every day are built. Many showed a growing interest in UI design, drawing clear connections between visual design principles and the functionality and usability of real-world applications. They left the session with a new appreciation for the role design plays in making technology easy and enjoyable to use. Every participant rated the workshop 5 stars, reflecting both their enjoyment and the meaningful learning experience it provided.
